The Hair Meet Wardrobe launch by Toni & Guy

It's that big night you've been preparing for since ages. Bodycon dress? Check. Killer black stilettos? Check. Stylish Hairdo? Umm..not really. More often than not, while we bring out the works when it comes to our outfit and our makeup, our hairstyle is forgotten in the process. That is when Hair Meet Wardrobe comes in.

Hair Meet Wardrobe consists of 3 collections of hair products namely Casual, Classic and Glamour which is designed to make your hair another accessory in your look and make you dress from the head down. My blog partner boyfriend and I attended the launch event at Taj Land's End and today, I'll be telling you all about it!

The event was kick started by a press conference hosted by the vivacious Mark Hampton who is the Global Hair Ambassador for Toni & Guy.

The 3 collections were represented by 3 fashionistas with the casual collection consisting of Anushkha Dandekar in a top bun, the classic collection with Soha Ali Khan in side-swept waves and the glamour collection with Mallaika Arora Khan in large curls.

The fashionistas were officially styled by Manish Arora and their collection signature hairstyles were demonstrated by Mark. My favorite was Soha Ali's ensemble with the holographic belt and the tiny lip prints near the nape.

After the press conference, we had a break in the lounge with great drinks, appetisers and a fun photo booth session.

The climax of the evening was a musical performance titled 'Life of a fashionista' choreographed by Shiamak Daver and performed by his troup to numbers by Madonna, Ke$ha and Katy Perry with a small cameo from the 3 ladies themselves. I absolutely loved the show and the dance troupe was so energetic and graceful!

And the evening was completed with a lovely dinner with so much variety and an entire corner of the ballroom being devoted to dessert! I already can't wait to check out some of the products from the collection!
