Currently, the weather is such that, the afternoons are blazing and the nights are chilly. The weather Gods must still be indecisive as to which season it truly is here. But from what I can see *and feel*, it seems like spring is in the air. The sun delicately grazing my window sill, the perfect blue sky and the pleasant nightly breeze seem to suggest so. While I wish I could be frolicking in this lovely weather, I've got my finals coming soon so that's out of the question. However, dressing well can cause no harm so that's what I'm going to stick to for a while.
White strapped top - United Colours of Benetton [previously seen here], Denim jacket - Nuon, Westside [previously worn here], Blue and green printed tube dress (worn as a skirt) - Thrift (Colaba), Tan sandals - Catwalk [previously seen here], Turquoise and gold charm bracelet, Tan belt - Thrift (Colaba), On my eyes - Maybelline Colossal Kajal.
And just like the odd amalgamation of the weather, the outfit I'm in is a little like that too - pieces that exist in your closet but one's you generally wouldn't fuse together in one look. But I decide to mix it up a bit and add a light layer to an otherwise breezy outfit. The peaceful and calm blue being my favorite shade, I decided it was about time to blend it with a bit of green and create a calming, serene look that's apt for the season - summery shades and relaxed silhouettes.
