Pushing the envelope

I once came across the quote, 'The magic happens outside your comfort zone' and the scary truth is, it really does. It is human nature to get accustomed to the way things are going in life, like the routine you have every morning, or the familiar pair of shoes you choose to wear daily. That's what the comfort zone is supposed to be like - Comfortable. But after a while, comfortable transforms itself into boring and the rawness, the energy and the spark goes missing. And that is when you realise, if you want the magic to happen to you, you've got to get out of your comfort zone.

With fashion as well; although cotton t-shirts and denim cut-off's are nothing short of a personal favorite, pushing the envelope and slowly sliding out of your comfort zone can be slightly scary but highly rewarding. When it came to this outfit of mine, this grey blazer is my magic.

Grey blazer - ShopImagine.in, White printed t-shirt - Puma, White denim shorts - Zara, Sneakers - Nike, Pink watch - Zaza London, On my eyes - Maybelline dream gel liner, On my lips - NYX lip cream in 'Milan', On my nails - Diana of London in 'Blue Spin'

I've never been much of a blazer girl but this baby from ShopImagine.in with the perfect cut, fit and pattern *don't miss the gorgeous pockets* charmed me enough. It's gentle grey shade and length is perfectly versatile to toss over a pair of jeans or even a pretty red dress. ShopImagine have got a great collection of dresses, blouses, trousers and jackets are which accessible on their easy-to-navigate website. The best part of shopping from them is their speedy delivery - My jacket reached is 2 days flat! And with free shipping, what's not to like!

So whether it is with a smack of bright lipstick, a grey blazer or a neon pair of earrings, reaching out your comfort zone can be magical and ever so stylish - Try it!

The whole look just comes together, and this is one of my favourite outfit choices personally! The sneakers were such a great choice to complete this look; I'm also loving the grey, pink and white combination. Saving a picture for style referencing! :-D

I love all the pink accents in your outfit, so cute! Thanks for the comment on my blog, it's so sad that the press saw the sweat stains and decided to comment like it news-worthy, I'm sure the same wouldn't have happened with a male celebrity! xx
totally in love with your shoes!
