Style File + Max Fashion | Trend Forecast for SS '15
The recent appearance of sunny blue skies can only mean one thing - Spring is here and summer won't be far behind! Truth be told, I have great difficulty picking my favorite season because while I adore the chill of the winter; the summer months remind me of endless beach holidays and of course, fresh summer fashion.
Recently when I was purview to Max Fashion's collection for Spring Summer '15 before it hits stores in April; I knew I had to showcase the wonderful way in which the brand has encapsulated international trends and a bright summer vibe that we know and love. With a playground of refreshing prints, affordable prices and on-point trends at my disposal at Max Fashions, I bring to you a fashion forecast for the season ahead to prep your summer style.
One that has my personal preference as well, the insurgence of tropical prints are here for the long haul. Taking inspiration from flora and fauna of the rain forests; at Max Fashions, the print finds itself on all items of clothing from coordinated sets for women to shorts from men. You've seen me take a dip in the tropics on Style File previously as well and this time around, the trend is only growing bigger.
It first seems like an anti-thesis of sorts - the calm, mellow blue for the scorching, bright summer but in truth, that's the very point. With the temperatures hitting insurmountable degrees by the month of May, donning a blue hue does the very same thing that standing under a cold shower does; it refreshes you. The trend excites me because besides previously doing a blue-centric beauty tutorial as well, it is also my favorite shade. The Max Fashion range of blue surpasses shade, print, clothing and style and you can find it in a variety of avatars for both men and women.
Be wary because while it is going to be hot, the only way to deal with it is by choosing cropped silhouettes. While crop tops were all the rage last year *on Style File too!*, Max Fashions has widened the cropped agenda to include trousers, tie-up blouses, men's tanks and shrugs as well. I think its a splendid ode to the summer because I like my hemlines to rise a bit in the season while my style quotient staying firm and this cropped takeover does just that.
Around 84% of women today associate flowers with the season of summer. And while my fictitious statistic may not hold true, the point beyond it certainly does. Florals are a summer staple and while Miranda Priestly may not consider them groundbreaking, they are loved and adored. In the Max Fashion's collection, florals are galore over dresses, body con skirts and accessories making them the perfect pick.
Life would be dull in just shades of colour hence Max Fashion went ahead and created prints in abundance. While I've already mentioned tropical and floral prints, the brand has brought to light some fresh fantastic prints like fruits which are the symbol of summer as well as travel inspired prints for the months of vacations. With a variety like this to choose from, even a listless outfit can be given a new lease on life.
With a range like this with prices that don't break the bank, make sure you've got every trend, all available at Max Fashion for a stylish summer ahead!

Tropical Prints
One that has my personal preference as well, the insurgence of tropical prints are here for the long haul. Taking inspiration from flora and fauna of the rain forests; at Max Fashions, the print finds itself on all items of clothing from coordinated sets for women to shorts from men. You've seen me take a dip in the tropics on Style File previously as well and this time around, the trend is only growing bigger.
Blue Hue
It first seems like an anti-thesis of sorts - the calm, mellow blue for the scorching, bright summer but in truth, that's the very point. Crop it like its hot
Pastel Power
Way back when, I was a bright color crusader so anything pastel had my aversion. A few years later, maturity and a good sense of style kicked in to create an affection for pastel like never before. While bright shades will never date, pastels prove to be that delicate softness that the summer requires, like a palate cleanser between courses. The vast world of pastels is seen in rompers, accessories and clothing at Max Fashion. In soft salmons, printed lemons and powder blues; its not just what I want this summer, its what I need as well.
Florals forever
Around 84% of women today associate flowers with the season of summer. And while my fictitious statistic may not hold true, the point beyond it certainly does. Florals are a summer staple and while Miranda Priestly may not consider them groundbreaking, they are loved and adored. Prints ahoy
